A l'interieur is a good modern day french horror. Claustrophobic, and taking pointers from the classics like Halloween. As said above, REC is well worth a watch. The Descent is one of the better horrors from the past decade too.

I did Kupso for a few years. Did a little training with kali sticks (eskrima) and a wooden bo as well. Very practical and focuses on real world situations and laws surrounding self defence.
