My 8 year old step brother was playing "halo wars" the other day, it seemed quite suitable for him and he was enjoying himself a great deal.
I think it's a nice idea, there must be a ton of halo kiddies out there. But why mega blocks? This seems like something apt for lego.

I really do have to agree with one point, the controls for madworld feel widely out of place.
It asks me to perform gestures with the wii remote at the most awkward of swishing moments.
I've played both equally and find Half Life overall the better game series.
This may be due to the halo sequels diluting the series however, as I find the original Halo better then any individual Half Life game.
