OP, are you implying that DA:O, which is the new standard for CRPG, is a bland fantasy game? If any, this game has better world backstory than any game ever, rivaled only by Sapkowski's The Witcher books, which were adapted to games.

What are some plot heavy games out there with a big twist on the master race platform? Something that would immerse me for hours, if i loved Deadly Premonition and didn't like Silent Hill 2. Based on that criteria, are there more games for me?
