    I think as long as Garrus,Legion,Miranda, and maybe Grunt are back I don't care who else is/isn't.

    I know for a fact Wrex and Ashley will be back. Garrus will be if he survived ME2. I believe Mordin and Legion will be back. If you want to know how I know Gamestop sells a magazine called Gameinformer. They had a whole issue about ME3. When I find my copy will tell you for sure.
