Meta Knight was easily the most cheap SSB character. Way too many recovery moves and most of his moves dealt, at the very least, "decent" damage. Ike comes second for being able to KO people when they're on 50%.

Winback wasn't a rail shooter, it was a Third Person shooter. But nontheless, it was one of the first third person shooters to incorporate the concept of "cover shooting". Although the idea was improved in games such as Gears of War.
