Kingdom Under Fire (1 and 2) were both excellent games on the original xbox, providing great gameplay and even scoring highly in reviews, though hardly anyone seems to really know about them.
Like a few other people here, I was influenced to the point of buying Saints Row 2 and i'm quite happy that I did, other than that I can't really say that it has.

Indeed, that is very true, the only thing that really keeps me on MW2 these days is that the majority of my friends have it as well and play regularly, which is just about better than going solo on BF.
Occasionally I go back to the orignal PS1 Final Fantasy's (7-9), other than that I have re-visited Kessen and the vastly underrated Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders.
I still always check the old / pre-owned section in Game shops for a hidden gem or a cheap bargain.
