Jebus Crow, has Kimberly's Rage paid off even once this whole game? Justine seems definitely more into this than Sasha. That could be because she's not constantly getting boned by the dice like Sasha was... or because her character is actually tied into the setting... who knows? Frankie...

The way I generally handle it is "Crit = Awesome, Botch = Interesting". Rather than impose outright failure, or worse, some kind of "fumble" result that makes the character look like a douchebag, I use "1" results as an opportunity to make the situation hum a little. Maybe some more guards show...
