I was really sad when I heard the problems, it would have been a day 1 buy for me, but luckily I held off for a few days.
But now I'm probably getting more entertainment out of this mess than if I actually played the game.
Those frisians are still at it, trying to free their "country". ;)
All joking aside though, can't wait to play a game that actually takes place in my "beloved" little country.
I buy all my games online (yes even origin), so I no longer have a DVD drive in my PC, :'(, does this mean I can't play ME3?
considering it's a demo, I doubt they're going to bring that to retail, so the disc drive spec HAS to be in error.
The interesting thing I find here isn't that the engine is faulty, it does what it has to (perhaps a bit inefficiently), but that the consoles have so little RAM available.
Consoles probably don't need as much RAM as your average PC, because I doubt the OS takes a big chunk out of it, but...
If you use LNP you have the ability to create backups (season/yearly), it's quite a handy way of savescumming, but no real overseer would do such a thing right? *tries to look innocent*
Wow, a few days ago I went looking for DF on Escapist and found a nice little LP from 2010, I decided to follow it. Imagine my surprise when I find out it's still going ;)

I'm not an American myself but from what I understand (having read about 1/3 of the pdf) the Californian law would have enforced parenting decisions onto parents.
Then again I may be wrong in that one (haven't finished reading yet).
