After reading this thread, I noticed that one kind of thought was not posted: Have a problem with ESRB, Best Buy, Etc.? Take it up with the company themselves! Seriously. If you have a "problem" with somebody you tell the person, not talk to so-so about how this person is annoying/mean/etc...
