Ok,i hope this is not a shot in the dark but here we go: - it was a fighting game for the ps1 - the main character was named Ryu (not street fighter) or something like Ryoku and he wore red and also had brown, spiky hair - one of the characters was a cowboy - another had tan-skinned aspect...
