    The only advice that I know that hasn't been posted already is ramen. You find a good ramen place you will be injecting that stuff into your veins.

    I would mind you I'm not the fastest runner there is so probably not by choice (the whole I don't need to run faster then the bear JUST you mentality). Unless it were people i knew then sure why not I mean I aint no mcguyver so in post apocalyptic scenario I would be the guy people like but...
