    because you have to pay 80 buggering dollars a year for live, so for every person's year member ship they can put 5 dollars into the servers etc.

    well they're pretty much giving ps2s out on the street, the wii is cheap and "kid friendly" and the 360 has halo 3 (5 out of 10) on it oh and people have to buy replacement 360s because of e74 AND red ring of death
