Iirc, and I could easily be wrong about that, that's governing by license, so if someone like a radio station has a license to play a certain song, as long as they stay within limits set by that license, they can play it as often or as infrequently as they want. Keep in mind, though, I'm just...

Gotta say, it sounded like Shamus had an axe to grind in this column. Or he would have, but he would have needed to hit K to open his inventory, triple-clicked the grindstone to use it with the axe, then had to rapidly tap ` in order to actually grind said axe. :P

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. Wasn't until after I'd beaten that and Revelations that I knew you could cancel the counter animations to do another counter. Would have made that one fight in Brotherhood much easier to get through without taking damage. :/

It was offered to him, but he declined. There's a number of possible reasons, but I think the risk of blowback from The Jimquisition affecting the site is a big one.

It's not surprising. Half the appeal being indie has for him is not being tied to any publisher or beholden to their opinion of him, and if he got say, EA particularly riled up, that could cause blowback here if he's associated with the site outside of all the old videos. It really works better...

I believe so. I was running through multiple forums groups earlier trying to see if there was anything about ZP not being posted, so I've seen most of the still-used areas recently. :P

Isn't that why the little *New!* icon appears near the forum name, so you can say "Oh hey look, there's something new in a barely-used section of the forum! :O" instead of being "When the heck was this thread made? Why was I not informed about this new thread?"
