Well, in my opinion you have to put in the effort to find exceptional medical care... If that happens to be through a possibly booby-trapped labyrinth, then you'd have to assume that there would be facilities specifically suited for the treatment of pesky... I mean... committed labyrinth-goers(?)

Well I imagine I would be a Doctor. Who also happens to be a Minotaur, so my patients would have to traverse my labyrinth in order to get medical help.
