Nope & nope. Thanks though. The game I played didn't have any city-building to it. The ground was definitely grey.

Thanks diablo rules, but that's not it. It wasn't building a city in a meteor crater, it was mining out a virgin surface; the resulting pit mines _did_ bear a resemblance to meteor craters... Also, the planet-view was absolutely top-down, not angled.
