I remember one level where you can also customize music. For example, they have the music playing for that level and you can change it by going through different instruments. There were 4 characters, 1 on each corner of the screen, 1 was playing the drums the other a keyboard, the other i think...

No i don't think that's it. Do you know if there were any other games similar to that?

I remember an old sega genesis game where you can build houses and i think sonic and toejam & earl were featured in certain levels of the game. I think you can also customize music in one level of the game. Has anybody have an idea to what this game might be?
