Zynga doesn't value itself at 1 billion, it seeks to RAISE 1 billion by going public. It means that Zynga values itself at 7 billion and is looking to sell 1 billion worth of shares when it goes public.

As much as I love Tim, Brutal Legend has noone but itself to blame. I bought it and I played it and I loved the music and the atmosphere and the writing, but the gameplay is just bad with unresponsive combat and an RTS component that only works on a "group everything we have and send it forward"...

I like this a lot.
