As many people have said already vector graphics would not be practical for textures in 3D games.
That said I don't understand why vector graphics aren't used as widely for user interfaces especially in PC games. It doesn't require that much more power and would scale to any resolution.
I kept on getting that too. It turns out that you have to be over 18 to get the code. I just made a new Facebook account that was over 18 and it worked.
I would've thought that cel-shading would provide even greater incentive to be in 1080p. The sharp lines around the edge of the cel-shaded characters seem to be more jagged than normal graphics.
