Saga: Rage of vikings
An AoE like RTS in a nordic setting. Played it mostly when I was 10-12 or something so can't really say how good it was. But I remember having a blast with it.
You can play with any monitor with a recent pc. Be it a 13'' crt or a 52'' led tv. It depends on the room you have on your desk and your budget. About your pc, you do realize most of your money is going to the trendy case. The CPU is decent but the graphics card sucks. Don't expect to play games...
