Really depends on the situation. For example if it'd bring hurt to my loved ones then no I wouldn't, if living would bring pain to my enemies then I'd do that. As I said completly depends. Currently if I had my mind set on suicide I could do it. I don't currently want to but that is another...

Really depends on how your defining soul, but I would say no as the burden of proof for some sorta "me-ness" that departs on death has not been met.
