Yes, I do. I primarily play D&D 3.5, however I've had a stint of a zombie survival version of the D20 Modern system too.

While I can't speak for Mass Effect, I positively adored Bioshock. It's atmosphere and gameplay were quite fun, and I found myself going around for out of the way things (like the audio tapes), purely to hear more about the people who were in Rapture prior. The plasmids were pretty amusing...
