Batman: Arkham City should stand a fair chance if it even reaches its predecessor to the shoulders. My guess would be either that or, slightly less likely, Skyrim, unless they've improved massively on it since its predecessor. We can only hope.

I've only tried it twice and I'm not in a hurry to do so again. It seems to get me violent, if not aggressive, when I'm already on edge. However, I don't mind when others smoke it, as long as they don't force me to be a passive participant.
