    It was hotshot from kanes wrath and the worst part about that achievement is if you did the tutorial it is locked forever and can never be obtained

    Multiplayer Master! from Eat Lead:Return of Matt Hazard, which reads "What? No multiplayer? Sigh. Well...not like we can take the achievement back NOW...." you get it just for finishing the game and there being no multiplayer
