I know what it means, never meant to paint it as an illegitimate argument for not liking the game. Just thought that the fact that this isn't really a sequel means new combat mechanics could be refreshing rather than damning.

Hmm, never saw that scene before.... that really doesn't paint this new Dante in the same league as the old one. The old Dante never had to swear to put the demons and comrades in their place and it just seems....immature to fling back a fuck you back and forth, not just for Dante but for 1200...

From the very beginning of the DMC 5 release people have literally torn the trailers, the gameplay, the combat and each other apart over it. Angry shouts about 'the true DMC fans won't play this game this isn't Dante' and 'they've changed the frame rate from 60fps to 30fps it's going to suck'...

Sharks man, they scare the living fuck out of me, but I seem to manage the beach just fine. but if I'm in deep water and someone yells "SHARK!" I flip out and freestyle like crazy to the shore line.

I would most likely have picked Alucard from the Hellsing Ultimate series but since I cannot i think I'd pick Byakuya kuchiki, his bankai is freaking crazy.
