is it like tactics ogre? because i did not really like that game but i liked final fantasy tactics advance, which is it more like is my question?

can anyone tell me if there are any good single player psp game out there, just keep in mind the downloads and multiplayer are out because i live in a rural area and its hard to do that kind of stuff.
