Thanks. That's not it. Very similar mechanics style but the game I am thinking of is a lot more cartooney. Almost like candy land art style with Shivers' game-play mechanics.

Been searching forever and can't find anything in this thread or through google. It was a PC game played in music class once in a blue moon when we weren't singing or playing with the instruments. Not sure if it was on a floppy or not. I played it when I was about 8 so all I remember about it...
