Final Fantasy VI was pretty good for this. It was one of the first times I actually felt bad for some of the characters in the game, and yet at the same time, a maniacal smile would come across my face whenever I read Kefka's lines.
Let's see...
Sheepinator - Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando (YOU ARE NOW SHEEP! AHAHAHA!)
Rift Inducer - Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal
Hammer Bros Suit - Super Mario Bros. 3 (You know it to be true)
Shopping Cart - Dead Rising
Scoped .44 - Fallout 3
Too many good ones:
Laura Bailey, Tara Strong, Phil Lamarr, Billy West, Maurice Lamarche, Tom Kenny are all awesome.
Ron Perlman, Liam Neeson, and Keith David are some of the more famous of my favorites.
I'll probably think of more later...
Whatever I happen to be wearing. Although I have been known to wear fingerless gloves when I mean serious business.
"Take that, Marth!" - me playing serious
Kratos. I don't remember any of these other manly men having a threeway-minigame and killing gods. He pretty much showers in his victims' blood, people.
In a sense of game titles, Unleashed.
It always makes me wonder if there was something "leashed" about it before. In some ways, I am glad they use that word, because it helps me point out games I'll never want to buy.
Playing Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX on my GameBoy Color at my friend's house when his dog walks up to me. I looked up for a minute and he bites the GameBoy, pulling the game out, and denting the screen.
I would not mind living in a pokemon universe. A world with magical pets that do my bidding and fight others? I wouldn't mind that at all.
A place I would not want be immersed into would be the world of FFVI. A God-like psychotic clown destroying everything and making everyone miserable...
Fallen One in FFVI has to be the most devastating. Sure some bosses can bring one of your party members to only 1 hp, but that's not good enough for Kefka. The whole party's gotta suffer.
