Depends what you like, but if you like hack n slash games, Sacred 2 will soon be out. Awesome game, I play it on the PC. Sadly it had a bad start with massive bugs, but it's been fixed.

Actually I found Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood on the DS developed by BIOWARE to be surprisingly good, maybe the best Sonic game to come since the old days.

I wouldn't go as far as saying it's "allowed" as if its OKAY to do so. The option to do so is there, just like the option to steal a snickers bar from a store, but it doent make it alright to do it.
