I'm trying to identity a game I played some time in the '90s. It was a PC game, and I believe it was on Windows 95 or 98. It was basically a turn-based war game, viewed top-down, played on 9 little islands, set in the 3 rows and 3 columns. I think there might have been some grid squares...
