That's true, but the DS was mostly a flop during its first year; it didn't really gain traction until much later when it got its lite design revision and a strong library. So while the 3DS is doing better than the DS fat did in its day, that isn't saying much.

Well, after all this crap, EA has lost my business. I was gonna buy BF3 after getting my pay today, but I'll just wait for ARMA 3 instead. Seriously, is anyone at EA not a profit-driven, gamer-hating maniac?

I second the awesomeness of your name. Seriously, though, this is a total dick move on EA's part. You shouldn't be banned for something another person does. I'm surprised that even EA's customer service hasn't done anything for you after you contacted them.
