Yes, our goverment may be the worst ever seen, but we have a beautiful country, and not all the people here are criminals... I didn't vote the actual President, and I think the most of the people havent, election fraud happens. I think that, in good hands, we would easily become a 2nd world...

I guess they do it for the money, and they have already designed different batteries that last just a little bit longer than the ones we use now. So, if they would sell tht kind of phone, they wouldn't be able to obtain money from all the designs they already have.
