From what I heard it was just a generally awful mess but I still wanted to play through it myself to see if what everyone said was true even then beating it because It still seems generally enjoyable compared to some other games I've delved myself into.

Multiplayer shouldn't even have achievements/trophies. The Souls series for one got it right. Instead it should have a separate set of in-game stats. There is no way of knowing how long support for the MP side will continue, or how long people will even keep playing for collecting to even be...

Only for games I really enjoy, and even then it boils down to how much time is available to try. For instance, I'd love to Platinum all the Souls games, the MGS Legacy Colllection, Arkham City, still need half the God of War's, etc. but realistically my eyes might be bigger than my stomach.
