I am still looking for the game And can add that the boy wore a green shirt with a red cap and his sister scolds him when his dog goes missing about leaving the door open again. Please someone help! I'm hoping the more people who read this the better the chance of someone who remembers the game...

Anyone know of any games similar to this, it was definitely a pc game.

I remember playing it when I was young so it might have been released 1995-2003. The plot started when the boy's dog runs away and he follows the trail ending up with the mob or mafia he dances with a cop too after buying a suit. Please help It's killing me to remember and google hasn't helped...
