Well, the Master Chief is actually biological in his entirety- he's not actually trapped in the armor, if you look at the books. He's taken it off before and everything... His armor, on the other hand, is entirely mechanical, meaning Gordon could pick that up and toss MC around like a ragdoll...

Easy. Prince of Persia vs. Altair (you'd have people fighting on the walls and everything... Damned if that wouldn't be cool.) Sephiroth vs. Master Chief (I really just like watching the green bastard die.) Grunt vs. a GLADos turret Tonberry vs. a pair of Hunters Cactaur vs. Sonic...

The top doesn't say they have to be most manly. Just hardest. Which... Yeah. I dunno. I still think Chell's pretty badass. And GLADos fills my qualification of being a hero, since she killed scientists. Lots, and lots, of scientists.

Well... There's quite a few. Portal Gun, Plasma Grenades (As much as I hate Halo, I love those grenades), Super Scope, PK Thunder, Auger, the rocket launcher from Resistance, and... I think that's it.
