My vote would go with the protagonist of Mirror's Edge. Tidus is a wuss of epic proportions, but this person runs, jumps and skips, and then kicks people in the face occasionally. She's either a well disguised chav, or simply Chuck Norris with an Olympic Gymnastics medal in mind.
