Do you use video game quotes in real life?

If someone is about to open a door, then, "STOP! Don't open that door!" Said in a similar fashion as Barry in the original RE

"I could do a better storyline..."

The shifts into the nightmare realm in Silent Hill Shattered Memories. Sure, they are scary, but after awhile you realize that there are no scary encounters in the non-nightmare parts, so you aren't really on edge until you see the ice begin to build up. The original Silent Hill had you on edge...

    explain half life 2s success

The success is really because of Gordon Freeman's hypnotic stare on the box art of the game.

    Lovecraftian games

Didn't the original Alone in the Dark have some Lovecraftian elements?

    Mass Effect 2 pre-order, Wat?

Hmm, strange. The same thing happened to this [http://www.gamecritics.com/brad-gallaway/no-mass-effect-2-collectors-editions-at-gamestop-fail] guy as well. I say you should probably try a different store, or pre-order it online.

What is your favorite character advancement system?

I think Level Up systems give gamers more of a clear goal to reach for, and they feel a better sense of achievement once they reach the next level.

Is Night Vision useful in any game?

When the developers of the game actually make several situations where they are helpful, then they are useful. When the developers just tack it on as an after thought, it usually isn't.

    Level Editors

Future Perfect is one of the best games ever. It's level editor is also excellent. Other than TSFP and Far Cry, I'd say Half Life (1 or 2) is the way to go, and if you have a good enough computer, then you'd probably want to go with HL2 (just look at the other games powered by Source)...

    Most surprisingly good game

Stuntman Ignition. I thought it was going to be a boring repetitive racer or something, but it was actually pretty cool. Too bad it was insanely difficult.

    Your biggest missed opprotunity

Going to Burger King when I could have being going to Chick Fil A. On second thought, any other fast food would have been better than that.

Favorite NON-weapon item in a game

The cans of paint in Half Life 2. I remember throwing them at the zombies in desperation when I had nothing left to throw, and instead of seeing them injured, they continued towards me and had a nice finish of paint.

    Favorite Arcade Shooter

I've played it a long long time ago, unfortunately I can't find a place that has the machine, or a proper way to emulate it. The House of the Dead series remains my favorite arcade shooters, however, this one game at a movie theater (I can't remember what it's called, I do remember the title...
