Really, really loving it.
Sure, it's got some problems (like the fact that it keeps unequipping your long guns, and you have to run back to your horse to re-equip them, unlike the previous game where you can switch between them on the fly) but they mostly don't get in the way of an otherwise...
I personally really like it.
Sure, there are some things I'd change, like the limited whistle range for horses and how hard it is to fast travel, but I'm really enjoying the game.
I would love to see more Wild West horror games.
Only one that really springs to mind is Undead Nightmare, and in my opinion that's a bit silly and over the top compared to what I'm thinking of, which is more the Last of Us but set in the 1800s.
Personally, I think 2018's been pretty great. We've had Octopath Traveler, Jurassic World: Evolution, God of War, Ni No Kuni 2, Monster Hunter: World, the remake of Shadow of the Colossus and the re-release of Pokemon: Crystal... All good stuff.
That bit in Bloodborne's Nightmare Frontier where the giant brain fires undodgeable arrows that cause Frenzy at you.
Bloodborne is my favourite game of all time (I've even got a Hunter's Mark tattoo), but when I remember that bit, all I think is 'this is gunna suck...'
It's all a matter of opinion, really.
I really like the Witcher series, and Cyberpunk looks awesome, whereas I can't stand any of Bungie's works, so to me Bungie are the most overrated AAA devs.
We didn't want them to stop trying. We wanted them to at least try to improve it.
But, no, apparently ?50 for a game with no campaign is acceptable these days. Yay.
I think Telltale, Bethesda, Obsidian or Larian should make a Star Wars single player game. No idea who should make a multiplayer game, sorry, I'm not a multiplayer game guy.
