Read the Dawn of War book? They're absolutely harsh to everyone. The main character gets given a daemonhammer from an inquisitor and then gets annoyed when the guy asks him for it back. Also, they answer all their problems with exterminatus.

i think it'd be cool if for imperium you could play as Sister Hospitaler (healer), imperial guard (ranged dps), space marine (tank) and grey knight (melee dps).
