I suppose it doesn't have to be the enemies that are 'jumpy out of screeny' (brand new term i invented) Using 3d for environments, cant help but think about left 4 dead regarding this one, it would really help build up a claustrophobic feel. ooh and weather effects! OOH and FIRE!!!

I think something like condemned would work pretty well, or maybe stalker. That moment when an unarmed enemy jumps on you in condemned would be pretty scary in 3d. The only problem is that weapons used wouldnt appear to make contact with the enemy would they? The 3d would mess up contact...
