I just realized I'm going to have the same problems. Thankfully, my college is only about an hour from home, and my parents could easily just mail it to my dorm.
I don't think it'd involve remaking the whole game. If all the concept art is still around for them to use, they can still use that as a base for everything. Plus, if we're only talking about the visuals, then a lot of other things like designing the gameplay won't need to be as in-depth, since...
They released a set of patches trying to fix Watch Dogs, and the performance after half a year of patching is still too poor for what the game is. I don't see why this will be any different.
There are a small, small number of games that do freemium properly. I'd say Card Hunter, or maybe Terra battle are good examples. Sadly, most are exploitative guff. I could see the episode actually being really informative.
It's mostly just a stupid maymay at this point. Sakurai said he wasn't a playable character in Brawl for a seemingly silly reason, and nobody will shut up about it.
Okay, why are they even putting it on the Wii U any more? They are making every move they possibly can to make it the worst version, for no really conceivable reason. Anyone who wanted it already beat it months ago, and it's been delayed between Smash and Bayonetta 2. I'm convinced they want it...
This is the first time I've really seen Tomodachi Life footage, because Tomodachi didn't seem like my jam, but holy shit this game is whack. Worshiping the Virtual Boy? Someone's face flying off into outer space? Ninjas? 'The Regginator' in a muscle suit? I need to keep my eyes on this now.
Don't worry guys, the combat has hotbar abilities now. That's surely an improvement over Skyrim's one-button-per-weapon combat system, right?
...Right?
There's a biiit more to it than that. Basically, there are these alternate game modes, and with the retro graphics they play completely different to the main mode, and they are awesome. With the cartoon graphics, they're changed into clones of the main mode that have way less content and such.
Pyromancy's pretty good for a first-time player. It does hella good damage, there's a trainer for it not too late in, and you don't need to sink souls into leveling up a stat for it.
Another tip: Specialize. Don't try putting levels into every stat, find what you can use and stick to it...
I thought it was supposed to be more of a design decision to make it so players have to specialize. Unlike, say, Skyrim, where you can change from clanky knights armor and a massive sword to lighter stealth-focused clothes and a bow in literally no time. You could just go to the main menu if you...
