    Favorite Trophy/Achievement

Recently I was playing BioShock II, because I very much enjoyed that game and wanted to play it again; I've played through it two times now and I still enjoy it, every bit of it except for the Big Sisters; but anyway I should get onto my topic. So, favorite accomplishments in videos games: I...

    George Carlin

As a huge fan of sarcasm/sardonicism, bitter cynicism, and black humor, I deeply enjoyed his comedy, and discovered his work the summer he died, about two months before it. Good stuff, good, good stuff. Shame he died, but maybe the Flying Noodle Monster touched him with his noodly appendage. My...

When I say Final Fantasy, who comes to mind?

Hmmm...Tidus, followed by Cloud. And Red XIII. Red was always my favorite character, really, but Tidus' overwhelming (and grating) optimism and Cloud's unending angst tend to kind of drown out Red's character.

    Why is Sarcasm Appealing?

So is it easier to be funny as a prick? Or is it just a time/place thing?

    ...Go on... Imagine My Reaction...

Heh, interesting? I kinda stopped watching after the parent series, so...meh.

    Poll: Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

The thing about hypnosis is that you can't be focused on the fact that it's occurring, as Mr. SharPhoe capitulated upon. That's why most professionals and or pseudo-professionals use some sort of distraction that utilizes a rhythmatic, undulating motion or produces some calming, disarming white...

    GAMER RAGE!

My recent experience with trying to earn the "BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED SLAUGHTER" achievement in L4D2 and then almost getting it. But I didn't...because of the slow and steady AI. And having an off day in MF:2. My sister nearly got pegged by the controller, and the thing didn't break, I was amazed.

    Sniping

Reading that I got a vague adrenaline rush, not gonna lie. And if you're really doing it for the finesse, not using some silly fluke or glitch or some silly, pointless somesuch, then it's really, really enjoyable. Pulling off a headshot, especially when you're under fire, it's...

Dante's Inferno feels too much like GoW...

Actually, the head developer of Dante's Inferno remarked multiple times that if/when people said it was in the least reminiscent of God of War, it would be viewed as a compliment, since that was their main "inspiration" or equivocably their only source...and their only tool was the cut/paste combo.

    Poll: First Kisses

I tend to wait until I'm dying for it to happen before trying, very awkwardly, to lead my partner into it.

    Poll: do animals feel love?

Animals, all of them, have some sort of bond, I agree with that, but some animals, especially the domesticated variety, have to have more than some dime-a-dozen "bond" to their name. Dogs come first to mind, overtly and sometimes stupidly loyal to their owners, cats to a secondary degree, the...

    Why is Sarcasm Appealing?

I admit, I find it amusing, hearing someone bitter and scathing go on about things that are so deserving, like bad games, or bad game cinematics, or bad accents, bad anything; good things, sometimes. But what I can't understand is why sarcasm and cynicism are so utterly enjoyable for people...

    Scariest Videogame Monsters

First time playing RE:4, it was the section before the boss fight with the giant fish (Del Lago), my uncle, who'd played through, told me to stand on the dock and shoot at the water. So I did. Then the fish ate me, and I was really pissed with my uncle, and annoyed that I'd actually yelled...

Do you look at the posts people get suspended/on probabtion for?

Haha, thank you Sassafrass, for the welcome! The song was quite rousing, and now I'm interested in finding the Basement, sounds like a fun place.
