Twilight Princess. Without question. Perfectly paced and wonderfully atmospheric. Truly the best 40 hours I've ever experienced in gaming. I assume we're talking 2000-2010, right? If we're going 2001-2011, Portal 2 comes into the equation... And I honestly couldn't decide between the two.
