Red beans and rice (and none of that spicey a$$ Popeye's crap), jambalaya, gumbo, alligator, a whole mess of stuff here in Louisiana. I've even got a friend born and raised on the bayou most of her life. and the fry sauce, that's basically Cane's sauce without all the spices in it.
