They used to do that here in Australia when the Olympics or Commonwealth Games were on. It was great :D didn't matter what time of the day it was, whether I had just gotten home from work or just woken up, I would flick on the tele and one of my favourite shows would be there to entertain me :D...

holy crap, what is the average age bracket here hahaha...im going to sound ancient XD Voltron and Tranzor Z (Mazinger Z)im pretty sure were the first I animes I watched. And my first 'Mature' Anime was I think Devilman; The Birth and The Demon Bird...that was a real Eye opener hahaha
