Seems like you just have bad luck, this is the only case of this I have ever heard of like this. I wouldn't condemn the console or the company for this, seems like you just have some really bad luck or really lazy people taking care of your problems when you take in your console to get it fixed...

Almost never. I wake up and its gone, I've tried exercises to remember my dreams but they never last, I always end up forgetting them or just stopping. I tend to remember recurring dreams and nightmares though, which kind of sucks.

I play a lot of JRPGs... So I have clocked many hours... Maybe not 100+ on a single game, but around 60-90 hours on each individual one... It really adds up. I think the most time I've spent on a game is 100+ hours on FFIX, I've played through it so many times...
