That's probably because it is America attempting to remake a British even though most Americans don't understand British comedy

The only reason i picked the Office(U.S) is because it is a poor(at the best of times) rip off of the original office. If America could be somewhat original with that show, even though it is meant to be like the the original office that doesn't mean that they need to pretty much just remake it...
