Agreed. Seems like there's some harsh criticism levelled at this show. For me the pilot worked well because of the random quick fire gags, and this episode kept a similar momentum. LRR do long set ups and punchlines really well, I'm glad this is going in a different direction.
I'd have to go Temeraire. A series that was 50% Sharpe and 50% erm... something with dragons gets my vote. Although if it was a series it'd probably end up with really dodgy CGI.
