Well... considering that CDP-RED is based in Poland that makes sense. No, they don't. Witcher 2 was sold on steam for £30 on release, whereas other games usually go up to £40. Besides, I don't see how cheaper development cost must be linked to lower price on release. It's not CDP's fault that...
