It's not an April Fool's joke. They have a whole section in the magazine full of April Fool's jokes called Game Infarcer. Bioshock 2, Resident Evil 5, and Dead Space Extraction (All the titles mentioned on the cover of the magazine) are squarely placed outside of the Game Infarcer section.
