I believe the game you are referring to is Loaded. Great game. Also if that's not it the name 'Overkill' comes to mind, but I'm pretty sure its Loaded. (Or Re-Loaded, the sequel).

The game you are referring to is Gertrude's Secrets. Just played it recently actually for old-times sake. You can still find it on abandonware sites and play it using DosBox. Hope this helps.
